Donations straight to your rescue!

Sustainability is SO crucial for any organisation, and we want to help increase the funding options available to rescue organisations. That’s why we’ve built a long-term, sustainable source of revenue that will give ongoing funding opportunities to our members, regardless of group size, or whether or not you have your own website.

Now, ACNC-registered PetRescue member groups can apply for a donation button to appear on all pet listings, and on your Rescue Directory page!

With 20,000+ pet lovers visiting PetRescue every day, this permanent feature has the potential to generate direct donations for your rescue all year round - helping you to recoup the cost of vet work, at no cost to your rescue organisation.

To bring this first-of-its-kind digital solution to light, we’ve teamed up with the amazing folks at Shout for Good. Together, we’re providing a secure and mobile-friendly third party payment platform to generate direct donations for rescue.

We’ve also emailed 200,000 of our closest mates (our public email subscribers!) and asked them to start saving their dollars for a direct-to-rescue donation, once the donate button is rolled out extensively across the site. And plans for a dedicated fundraising campaign are underway - stay tuned!

How it works:

Rescue organisations must be registered with the ACNC to be eligible to sign up for an account with Shout for Good.

All donations made go directly to the individual rescue organisation, via the Shout for Good platform.

PetRescue and Shout for Good do not receive any commission, and there’s no set-up or annual subscription fees for rescue organisations who sign up.

Direct funding to assist with urgent rescue cases and life-saving projects

Working closely with our major partners, corporates, philanthropists and supporters, we help to direct funding to where it’s needed most - assisting with urgent rescue cases and life-saving projects.

We’re always listening to the needs of our rescue group members and when we hear of an urgent rescue case, or a rescue project in urgent need of support, we assist whenever we can to secure essential funding.

In short, we get in front of corporates and philanthropists to pitch and advise on where their generous financial investments are needed most and what will result in the biggest positive impact.
