About Mentos
Mentos is as sweet as his name suggests! He is a young Kelpie x Border Collie male puppy who totally wants to please people.
With basic obedience training underway we are learning just how smart and willing to please Mentos is. He has a zest for the great outdoors and as he was a rural pup he is still getting used to the sights and sounds of suburbia. Mentos is learning he loves walks or runs on the lead and can adapt his pace to his company. Cars and roads are still a novelty to him so his new family will need to continue working on this with him.
Mentos loves company so he would be best suited to someone who can include him in their day-to-day lives. Mentos also loves his downtime and loves the comfort and reassurance of his crate. Mentos is interested in other dogs and plays well with others but is just as happy with his human company.
Mentos will need someone willing to put time and effort into continuing his training but we can tell the reward will be a very loyal dog with a drive to please.
If you are wanting a smart Pup with the cutest little white paw markings and a heart wanting to please you, Mentos could be your boy!
Mentos is located in NSW.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
