6,300+ rescue pets on PetRescue.com.au are looking for a family to celebrate the holidays with this year. 

They’re hopeful that this is the year they’ll finally have their place in the Christmas family portrait and have a present of their own under the tree. And more than anything else, be surrounded by heaps of love from their humans. 💚

But this won’t be possible without your help. 

Gather your family, friends, and pets together for a festive feast, a mug cake party, or just some festive treats and raise funds to help save the life of a rescue pet by connecting them with their new family on PetRescue.

Every $37 raised will help ensure that a homeless pet gets the best chance at finding a loving home this Christmas.

How to get started:

1. Set up a fundraiser or donate directly to PetRescue; Set up a Facebook fundraiser and invite your guests to donate to help homeless pets, donate using Shout, or donate directly here!

2. Register your event and include the link to your Facebook fundraiser if you've made one, and we’ll send you your downloadable party pack.  

3. Host your event, celebrate your furry friends and tag @petrescueau and #eatdrinkbefurry in your party pics! (Or share them with us via email at info@petrescue.org.au or slide into our DMs!)

A family feast: Is there anything better than eating food with the people you love? This could be with your work family or actual family. Gather your squad and host the pawfect party to help bring a little Christmas cheer to pets still wishing for a home for Christmas. 

A mug cake party: This is a PetRescue team favourite. All you need are a group of friends, some pretty mugs, a microwave, and basic ingredients for the most delicious, gooey mug cake.
