Cliff

Cliff is a 6 year old Great Dane with captivating eyes and a big personality that matches his size and stature. He does everything in a large way and impressive way!

This friendly boy has been through some hard times. His long term history is unknown as he was dumped in a surrender chute at a rural pound in NSW. However we do know that he is a great dog whose life has been disrupted several times in the last few months this has taken a toll on his behaviour and confidence.

Cliff is just a big goofy puppy at heart! He wants to roll around and play with toys, he loves pats and cuddles and often tries (unsuccessfully) to be a lap dog. He loves walks but is very strong on lead and needs a confident handler. He wants to be loved and cared for and go on adventures with a human who understands large dog breeds and wants to help him improve upon his manners.

Cliff barks a lot and gets bouncy when excited and his size can be a intimidating when meeting other people or dogs but he means well. Videos attached.

Cliff can be reactive towards other dogs so a household where he is the only pet will be best. He is great with kids though 🥰

Cliff will benefit from obedience training with a committed and confident carer who will help him become the best version of himself.

We are seeking a foster placement, foster to adopt arrangement or a straight up "I love this enormous dog just the way he is and I need him in my family right now please" offer of adoption.

Approved applicant will have opportunity to meet and spend some time with Cliff before taking him home. He cannot wait to stick his fat pink nose in your face and give you a great big great dane hug!

We want this to work out for Cliff and we will provide ongoing support and guidance to help give him the best chance at a happily ever after story.
