About Nacho
Taco and Nacho are bonded brothers who are pretty scared of the world.
Taco adapts more quickly and Nacho watches. They both need very experienced Chihuahua people who are used to fear aggressive dogs to bring them out of their shell. Both will bite if scared, particularly Nacho.
Taco and Nacho are friendly with other small dogs and are more comfortable being picked up by experienced handlers but they need to trust you.
Both have short coats and Taco weighs 3.2kg and Nacho weighs 4.8kg. etc
Suit Full Time Worker: Not overly needy and can entertain itself. DR recommends play time, dog toys etc.
Apartment Friendly: Could cope in an apartment environment. Regular walks or use of an artificial grass patch is suggested.
Adult Home: Nervous or not tolerant of children. And/or too high a level of excitability for children to control.
NEEDS RESCUE EXPERIENCE:
These dogs need someone with previous rescue experience in rehabilitation, with an in depth understanding of and experience in building relationships with these kinds of dogs.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
