About Ruby Doo
Lovely Rubee was happily adopted by a lovely gentleman who lived on his own, sadly his heath declined and he was no longer able to care for her so Rubee is home and waiting for her new retired person who wants to share their days with a kind, gentle loving girl to find her. She truly is a gentle gem
Rubee would be perfect for the person who doesn't want the young hound however would love the young at heart that thinks they are young, burns a bit of steam off then crashes out to get over it. She would be perfect for the retired person who is after company but not after someone in their pocket all day.
Ruby does have a sensitive side and will be very quiet and withdrawn for the first few days settling in. Her new family needs to understand this and allow her the time she needs for as long as she needs. Once she has realised that you are the BBQ chicken supplier, she will be a friend for life.
Ruby is located in the lush town of Gerroa NSW and you will need to meet her in person. She needs a full sized yard where she can run off a bit of steam so no units or townhouses please. She is fine with other greyhounds so would make a great companion to an old lad.

To apply for any of our dogs please fill in an application at www.gapnsw.com.au, Select "Southern NSW " as the location for your application and mention the dogs name you are interested in. You will need to lodge an application to be considered for adoption. PLEASE INCLUDE THE DOGS NAME ON THE APPLICATION YOU ARE INTERESTED IN. if you do not select Southern or put the dogs name on the application, it will go in general applications and you ma miss out on the dog you are interested in.
All of our greyhounds are desexed, vaccinated, heartworm tested and have a full dental before rehoming. They are also lifetime registered in New South Wales once they have settled into their new homes.
****Cats***** - Our regional dogs are not tested with cats due to not having the facility or resources. For that reason, we are unable to place any of our dogs in a cat home. For a cat-friendly greyhound, please contact our head office at gapnsw.com.au to go on the waitlist.
