Say hello to Zaidy, our happy-go-lucky girl!

Zaidy is the happiest dog her foster mum has ever met, she’s goofy and is full of personality! Zaidy is always wagging her tail, giving you kisses and cuddles or rolling over for belly rubs. For her, there is nothing better than her human showing her affection or giving her food, she just wants to be around her people. Zaidy is quite opinionated when there are animal noises on the tv, and speaks back.

Zaidy is very smart and food driven, which has made her easier to train. She knows “bed”, “off”, “leave it”, “come” and “stay” and is currently learning the words “wait” and “no”. She knows how to patiently wait for her food until you give her a command to eat. Zaidy does occasionally jump up on you if she is excited but we are in the process of teaching her, that this isn’t okay. She is house trained.

When she was only a young pup, she was unfortunately diagnosed with a stage five heart murmur. Zaidy herself couldn’t care less about it, but even if she’s not showing any signs, it is VERY IMPORTANT that she is kept calm and gets minimum exercise.
Even with her limitations, there is never a dull moment with her. Due to this it is advised to invest in Kong toys, snuffle mats and puzzles, this way zaidy is able to still have mental stimulation and she really does enjoy sniffing sometimes so much that she snorts quite loudly!!!

She is used to a quiet lifestyle and wants to be wherever you are. She is just the perfect snuggle buddy.
