Hi I’m Josie, I’m a shy floofy black house panther! My Foster Mumma says I shed elegance, not sure what that means! I’m a napping enthusiast, you’ll find me in a cozy corner snuggled up to my foster siblings, on the sofa, a sunny spot by the window, or a fluffy bed.

I’m not a fan of pats or being held, but my Foster Mum sneaks in pats when I’m getting my beauty sleep and I start purring, I do enjoy it but when I realize what’s going on I’m not too impressed.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I currently live with my Foster Mum and siblings, and a bunny who I watch through the window.

Likes / Dislikes
I love to sleep! Oh and food, I enjoy but I rather have it away for my pushy foster siblings. I also love chasing that elusive red dot! I do enjoy head rubs and butt scratches but only when they are sneaked in.

I don’t like to be held, the vacuum or loud noises.

My PURR-fect home would be one with time and patience, with confident feline friends to show me the ropes. I don’t think I would be suited to children and would love a quite home.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Josie had a dental scale and polish in February 2024 which included removal of 10 teeth.

Josie had cat flu, which is a respiratory infection. She was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.
