About Karen and Cheryl
Introducing Karen and Cheryl, our delightful Berkshire duo! These two pigs were rescued from less than ideal circumstances, and since then, they've embraced their second chance at life. They have discovered the pure bliss that comes from the simple pleasures of life - mud play and foraging.
From the moment Karen and Cheryl arrived into foster care, they've been inseparable and full of life. They adore roaming around their surroundings together, indulging their natural curiosity, and chasing each other in fun play. After a busy day, you will always find them cuddled up for a cozy nap.
They love food, and the excitement they show when it's mealtime is a joy to see. They find enormous pleasure in rooting, lazing in the sun, and scratching themselves on posts. Seeing them splash in the mud and create their one-of-a-kind "bedroom" style is an experience that will bring a smile to your face every day.
Their tendency to make a little mess shows their comfort, happiness, and the freedom they now enjoy. Karen and Cheryl seek an adoptive family that appreciates their love for life, a safe environment for them to explore, a nice mud wallow for splashing, and lots of tasty dinners.
Karen and Cheryl promise to reward their new family with their affectionate and joyful personalities. Watching these two experience the simple pleasures of life is like a daily reminder to appreciate our own. So, if you have a spacious property and a big heart, Karen and Cheryl might be the perfect addition to your family.
Diet consists of pellets, fresh fruit and vegetables. Favourite foods include pears, apples, bananas and bread! They have also recently started eating more carrots, cooked potatoes, pumpkin and sweet potato.
