About Jake
Introducing Jake! 🐾
Hello human friends... as you can see from my profile photo, I think you'll agree I have perfected my 'Blue steel' gaze... You see, I've had a lot of time to practice at my foster home, while I have watched many other of my furry foster kitten friends come and go as they've quickly found their forever homes while I'm overlooked. I like where I live and have lots of human and other cat friends to keep me busy... but a permanent home to call my own is what I really want ❤
I've been in care for many months, since being rescued from an overflowing pound after I found myself lost on the streets. My foster mum says I'm a good boy and that I'll find a family soon. I'm a good big brother to al the youngsters that come and hand out with me, so wouldn't mind if you already have a cat that is looking for a friend.
I do like to be silly sometimes and zoom around the house and play.. sometimes when I'm in these crazy moments I like to pretend I'm one of my distant cousins.. the Lion! I can take this game a bit far sometimes by hiding around corners and jumping out to surprise and play with my humans limbs a bit too roughly. I should find a home without any small children just in case I accidently hurt them when I'm playing my games. Most of the time I'd just love a cushion to sleep on or a stream of sun through the window to stretch out and relax in.
Please contact the lovely ladies at Billie's Mission to come and meet me!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is simple!
Once you have found the animal you wish to adopt, please fill out an adoption application via the following link https://airtable.com/shrSz0sNGsHs1n9Ul. This lets us know a little about yourself and why you wish to adopt your chosen animal.
Once this is received, you will be contacted by one of our team members if you are suitable to progress to a meet and greet. If the meet and greet goes well, and we feel you are well suited to the animal, an adoption may be processed!
In rare instances a phone interview or home visit may be conducted prior to adoption taking place.
