Hello my name is Kaplan and I nearly always come when my foster Mum calls.

I’m hoping to find a furever home where’s there’s a playmate (fur or not or both) who would like to play tug-o-war and chase and dodge around as I do zoomies with my toys.
My foster Mum says I’m a good boy and just need a bit more work to make me a star.
* I am toilet trained and can use a dog door.
* I sit on command especially at kerbs.
* I will wait till told to eat my food and before going out of the door.
* I understand stay but not practiced at a distance.
* I walk on a halti but need more work to be more consistent to master loose lead.
* I love love love people but can sometimes get a bit jumpy if they greet me enthusiastically, though I soon settle.
* I get on with other dogs if they want to be friends but sometimes I embarrass Mum when we are out and I see a dog I’d really like to play with as I tell them so I sing out.
* I sleep all night in my crate.
* I adore belly rubs and snuggling on the couch.
* I have been left alone in the house most days sometimes over 8 hours and have not chewed or destroyed anything. Mum even left all her shoes out and I’ve not touched them. I’m very good at getting my toys turn inside out though.
* I stay quietly under the table while you are eating and don’t beg for food.
* I’m a bit nervous in thunderstorms and am getting used to traffic and trains.

So do you have room in your home and heart for a good boy who would be sooo grateful.
