My name is Kaju and I’m a friendly, playful and cheeky boy. I’m a crazy gingernut and I’m so much fun, I would be a cherished addition to any family. I love people and pats and cuddles and play time! My Foster Mum says I am the smoochiest kitten in the whole world! I love getting cuddles from my Foster Mum and I purr all the time.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I was born into a rural domesticated colony and was raised by two Mums with another 5 siblings. I currently reside in a large foster home, so I have very good cat manners, most of the time. I live with other cats in my foster home and after slowly being introduced to them I love to play with them and snuggle down for a nap.

I have not had any experience with dogs and will have no clue about dog manners. Therefore, if my new home has a dog, there must be very slow interactions and strict supervision especially around feeding time to prevent incidents.

I used to live with a small human in the household and I tolerated him quite well and mostly ran away if I’d had enough, but I am also quite boisterous when I play, so maybe older kids would be better for me.

Likes / Dislikes
I love to play with all sorts of toys, especially those ones on the strings that I get to chase! I also looove being up high on my cat tower, do you have one for me to climb and scratch on?

My PURR-fect home would be with someone who is looking for a lifelong friend who can give you lots of love, and gives me lots of love in return! Because of my light features I will have to be an indoor only cat, so I'm looking for someone who is willing to give me my best indoor life!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Kaju had cat flu, which is a respiratory infection. He was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.
